In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "3xxw", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 3xxw platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://3xxw.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the 3xxw platform or otherwise accesses 3xxw services.
• "Account" refers to the personal registered account created by a player on the 3xxw platform.
• "Platform" refers to the 3xxw website, mobile interface, and all associated services, games, and betting products.
• "Bet" / "Wager" refers to any real-money stake placed by a player on a sporting event, casino game, or other 3xxw product.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet tokens, or bonus amounts credited to a player's account by 3xxw.
• "BDT" / "Taka" / "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for all transactions on the 3xxw platform.

Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use a 3xxw account. By completing registration, you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 3xxw strictly prohibits the use of its platform by persons under 21 years of age and will suspend any account where this requirement is found to be unmet. Any winnings or bonus credits accrued in an underage account will be forfeited in full.

One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one active account on the 3xxw platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any other identifying factor — is strictly prohibited. 3xxw may suspend all associated accounts and forfeit balances if duplicate accounts are identified.

Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change. 3xxw may suspend or terminate accounts registered with false, misleading, or unverifiable information.

Identity Verification (KYC). 3xxw reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. These may include a national ID card, passport, driver's licence, or proof of address. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is completed. 3xxw may restrict account functionality until verification requirements are satisfied.

Bangladesh Residency. The 3xxw platform is operated primarily for players located in Bangladesh. Players are responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the 3xxw platform complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction. 3xxw makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate for or available to players in any particular jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 3xxw account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 3xxw will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must not allow any other person to access your 3xxw account. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility unless you have notified 3xxw in advance that your account credentials have been compromised.

Supported Payment Methods. 3xxw currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 3xxw reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount via MFS (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. Minimum deposit amounts for card-based methods may differ and are displayed at the time of transaction. 3xxw reserves the right to alter minimum deposit thresholds at any time.

Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within four (4) hours of submission. However, processing times may vary during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required. 3xxw does not guarantee same-day processing for all withdrawal requests. Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment account that is registered in the same name as the 3xxw account.

Currency. All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on the 3xxw platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 3xxw does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs arising from card transactions are the player's responsibility.

Transaction Verification. 3xxw reserves the right to delay or suspend any deposit or withdrawal transaction that is flagged as suspicious, that relates to an account under investigation, or that requires additional KYC verification. In such cases, 3xxw will contact the affected player via their registered contact details.

No Third-Party Transactions. Players must not deposit funds from payment accounts belonging to third parties and must not request withdrawals to payment accounts in a different name. Any such transaction identified by 3xxw may result in account suspension and return of the funds to their original source.

General. All bets placed on the 3xxw platform are subject to these Terms & Conditions and to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the relevant section of the 3xxw platform. In the event of a conflict, product-specific rules take precedence over general terms for that product only.

Bet Acceptance. 3xxw reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without providing a reason. Bets are not accepted from players whose accounts have been suspended, restricted, or flagged for investigation.

Errors & Technical Faults. In the event of a manifest error in odds, pricing, or game outcome — including technical faults, software errors, or data feed failures — 3xxw reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake to the player's account. 3xxw will not honour bets placed on the basis of clearly erroneous prices or outcomes.

Void Bets. A bet may be declared void at the discretion of 3xxw in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, event suspension before completion of the relevant market, match-fixing investigation, or where the terms of the bet were not properly communicated to the player at the time of placement.

Finality of Results. Once a sporting event or casino game result has been officially confirmed and settled by 3xxw, that result is final. Subsequent changes to official results by sporting bodies or governing authorities may or may not be reflected in 3xxw settlement, at 3xxw's discretion.

General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by 3xxw are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to that promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, maximum withdrawal limits, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount and/or the deposit amount, as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bets placed with real money funds do not count towards bonus wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Bonus Abuse. Players who are found to be abusing the 3xxw bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will have their bonuses forfeited, their accounts suspended, and any withdrawals pending review cancelled.

Modification & Withdrawal of Offers. 3xxw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Bonuses that have not yet been credited to a player account at the time of modification or withdrawal of an offer are not guaranteed. 3xxw will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of changes to ongoing promotions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3xxw platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one 3xxw account simultaneously or sequentially.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the 3xxw platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, whether in casino games, sports betting, or any other 3xxw product.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or technical faults for financial gain.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or restrict 3xxw's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
